AI SEO of Texas provides automated local search engine optimization services for small businesses in Texas. The service includes weekly AI-written blog posts published to your website, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, keyword tracking, and monthly performance reports.
New clients receive a free 90 calendar-day trial beginning on the date of onboarding. No credit card is required and no charge is made during the trial period. The trial ends 90 days after your onboarding date regardless of when automated activity begins.
After the 90-day trial, the service continues at $200 per month, billed monthly. You will receive a notice before your first charge. Continued use of the service after the trial period constitutes acceptance of these billing terms.
You agree to provide accurate and complete business information at onboarding, grant necessary platform access (WordPress credentials, GBP access) as requested, and respond to inquiries from AI SEO of Texas within a reasonable time. Inaccurate information that prevents service delivery does not entitle you to a refund.
SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including competitor activity, Google algorithm changes, and the age and authority of your website. AI SEO of Texas makes no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. We guarantee consistent, professional execution of the automated services described above.
You may cancel at any time by emailing richard@aiseotexas.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for partial months after the trial period has ended.
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment, provision of false or misleading information, or use of the service in a manner that violates these terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI SEO of Texas's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceeding. If informal negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Texas.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide 30 days' written notice of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
