What We Collect

When you onboard as a client, we collect the following information: your name, email address, business name, city, business website URL, Google Business Profile information, and — when your site runs on WordPress — your WordPress application password. Your WordPress credentials are stored in encrypted form and never transmitted in plaintext.

Why We Collect It

All data collected is used solely to deliver the AI SEO of Texas service. This includes account setup and onboarding, publishing weekly blog posts to your website, generating weekly SEO performance reports, optimizing your Google Business Profile, and sending you monthly ROI reports. We do not use your data for any purpose outside of service delivery.

Third-Party Processors

We rely on the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and secure credential storage), Vercel (hosting and serverless infrastructure), Resend (transactional email delivery), Google PageSpeed Insights API and Google Search APIs (website auditing and keyword data). Each processor receives only the data necessary to perform their function.

No Data Sold

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond what is required to deliver the service described above.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for any billing or reporting inquiries, then permanently deleted from our systems.

Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing richard@aiseotexas.com. We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
